1121 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using platform 1121. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users of platform 1121.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for or using any part of platform 1121 — including the website, mobile application and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the management of platform 1121 ("Platform"). Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically for any changes.
Platform 1121 may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the required age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. The platform reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close the account of any user who does not meet this requirement.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on platform 1121. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts, as well as the forfeiture of any outstanding balances or winnings.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and complete information, including your full name, a valid email address and phone number. Platform 1121 may request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time — including copies of your identification card, passport or other supporting documents — to verify the validity of your account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. Any activity carried out through your account is deemed to have been performed by you. Please contact customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. The platform is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
Users are prohibited from sharing accounts, transferring accounts to another party or using someone else's account without authorisation. Any attempt to manipulate the system, use automated software (bots), commit fraud or exploit technical vulnerabilities is a serious violation that will result in immediate action, including account closure and legal proceedings where necessary.
3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on platform 1121 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform offers a range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited to local users, including bank transfers via licensed financial institutions in Malaysia, Touch 'n Go (TNG) e-wallet and DuitNow QR.
Deposits made to a platform account may only be used for purposes permitted within platform 1121. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits set from time to time. The platform reserves the right to request verification of the source of funds before processing any deposit or withdrawal that exceeds a specified threshold, in line with legal compliance requirements.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated in the platform's finance section. The platform reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawals if there is reasonable cause to believe the transaction involves fraud, money laundering or a breach of these terms. Any fees charged by third-party payment service providers are the responsibility of the user. The platform accepts no liability for losses arising from the failure or delay of third-party payment service providers.
4. Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Platform 1121 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close a user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these terms or any activity suspected to be unlawful or in violation of platform policies. Such actions include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts, identity fraud, hacking attempts, use of unauthorised third-party software or behaviour that compromises platform security.
Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of these terms are not entitled to reclaim any balance, bonus or winnings held in the account at the time of closure, unless the platform determines otherwise at its sole discretion. In cases where closure is not due to user fault, the platform will process any valid balance withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible withdrawals must first be requested and processed. The platform reserves the right to retain user records after account closure in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
5. Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Platform 1121 is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information or fitness for a particular purpose. The platform accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from technical disruptions, processing delays or betting outcomes.
All content on platform 1121 — including logos, brand names, interface designs, text, graphics, software and underlying code — is protected intellectual property owned by the platform or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, republish or exploit any platform content without explicit written authorisation from 1121 management.
The platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. The inclusion of such links does not imply that the platform endorses or is responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third party. Users who access third-party services do so at their own risk and are subject to the terms set by the respective third party.
6. Amendments & Applicable Law
Platform 1121 reserves the right to modify, add or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the platform operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of platform 1121 shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties. Should such negotiation fail to reach a resolution within a reasonable period, the dispute may be referred to an appropriate dispute resolution forum under applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable or inconsistent with applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
